"Quick support, no hassle"
I had to contact support about my booking and assumed it was going to take forever or turn into a whole back-and-forth thing. But they got back to me quickly, and the person helping me knew what to do right away. They fixed it without making it a big deal, which I really appreciated.

"Honestly, really good therapist"
My therapist from Zeel was just... really good. Like, she found the tight spots almost right away, which surprised me a little, and the pressure was exactly what I needed. Not too much, not too light. I felt so much better afterward, kind of like my body finally relaxed for a minute.

"Great for staying home, but not perfect"
The main thing I was focused on was not having to leave my house, and Zeel was really nice for that. Booking was simple, and having the therapist come to me felt super convenient. That said, they showed up a bit late, and the massage itself was just okay for what it cost. I wasn’t really paying attention to every tiny detail, but for the price, I expected a little more. I’d probably use it again if I really needed something in-home, but I wouldn’t call it amazing.

"clean and Felt safe"
I used Zeel one time and it was a good experience. the therapist showed up with clean sheets and washed their hands before getting started, which made me feel a lot better. Everything seemed tidy and I Didn’t really worry about hygiene at all. Only downside was they got there a few minutes late, so I’d give it 4 stars.

Payment went through totally fine, so I thought everything was good… and then I looked at the receipt and saw a small wrong fee. Was it the end of the world? No. Did I stare at it like I’d uncovered a massive financial scandal? Absolutely. Overall, billing was mostly okay, but that little mistake definitely annoyed me.

The massage was okay overall. There were moments where the pressure felt really good, and I thought, okay, this might turn into a great one... but then it kind of felt rushed in places. Some areas got more attention than others, so it ended up feeling a bit uneven. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

"Super professional, but still really easygoing!"
My Zeel therapist showed up right on time, was really polite, and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. They checked in with me about the pressure a few times, which I appreciated, and I felt comfortable the whole session. Very professional, but still friendly and relaxed... I’d definitely book again!

"I think I’ve been lucky with the same therapist"
I keep ending up with the same therapist each time, maybe I just got lucky, but she’s always on time and really helpful. It makes the whole experience feel a lot easier.

"Booking was easy enough, just a little clunky"
Booking on zeel.com was straightforward overall. I found the times and options without having to dig around too much, and I got through most of it easily. For some reason I still remember there was a tiny loading spinner that felt like it was staring at me for a second, which was oddly noticeable.
The only downside was that it slowed down at one point, and I ended up double-checking my info twice because I wasn’t totally sure it had saved right. Not a bad experience at all, just a few small things that could make it feel smoother.

"Refund got sorted out, thankfully"
I had an issue with my booking and needed a refund, which obviously wasn’t exactly how I wanted to spend my time. I reached out to Zeel and, to their credit, they got back to me quickly. It took a bit of back and forth because apparently these things can’t ever be completely simple, but they did get it sorted and the money came back. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it in the end

"Showed up on time and made it easy"
I booked through zeel.com and the therapist arrived exactly when the app said they would. i feel like being on time and giving people a heads-up is just basic courtesy, so I really appreciated the text before they got there. I hate sitting around waiting, and thankfully there was none of that. Super simple, no hassle, and respectful of my time
